MY – SENIOR INSIDE SALES

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Create business opportunity, profiling qualified prospect, cold-calling leads and pipeline management, and most importantly promptly achieving lead target.
  2. Monitor the overall performance and follow-up on sales leads, which involved preparing proposal, quotation, and sales order for clients to secure and capture potential sales opportunities.
  3. Communicate regularly with sales representatives to convey information useful in achieving set objectives.
  4. Provide sales representatives or telemarketing members with improved tools, scripts, and other relevant content in guiding their interactions with a prospective client.
  5. Contact existing clients to offer them business proposals or close sales deals.
  6. Follow-up on sales leads to secure and capture potential sales opportunities.
  7. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
  8. Conduct forecasting to detect emerging market trends with potential existing sales opportunities in survey report.
  9. Prepare and present periodic lead management reports to the Marketing Lead and Management to provide information useful in taking key business decisions.
  10. Provide guidance, coaching or training development for team members in daily tasks, such as enhancing the cold-calling script, and improving sales techniques.
  11. Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and telemarketing in the sales organization supported.
  12. Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

  4. Experienced in leading a team or ability to lead a team.
  5. Able to work in team and good liaison with all other department members.
  6. Demonstrated lead generation ability.
  7. Pay attention to detail.
  8. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficient in organizing sales operations to ensure smooth performance.
  10. Able to conduct research and analysis to come up with techniques for improved sales.
  11. Knowledge of Accounting software, CRM & etc will be an added advantage.
  12. Good communication skill in both written and verbal in English and Malay is a must.

Education and Qualifications

  1. At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or in a related discipline.
  2. Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  3. Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft office such as MS Excel, MS word, & etc.
  4. Min 3 – 5 years of working experiences in the related sales field, e.g. telemarketing, customer service, sales, marketing, etc.
