Symptom: During the restart of the PKI Appliance after the Factory Reset Operation, the LCD panel should display the default IP address of '192.168.5.150'. If this information is not shown, this means the Factory Reset operation failed somewhere.
Problem: HSM External Erase operation does not complete successfully during the Factory Reset Operation.
Solution: Perform another round of Factory Reset operation.
