This half-year programme is not only designed to complement students’ university courses, it also gives knowledge-hungry students the chance to research, identity and secure new business opportunities on a daily basis. The first leg of the programme is an internship stint as part of student’s university requirements, followed by a second learning pathway by completing the Final Year Project (FYP) with the guidance of one of our friendly and experienced Career Mentors that will be assigned to each student. The FYP is typically an endeavour between the university and the Company, with the objective of bridging learning experiences with real assignments.

As part of our Studentship Programme, you’d partake in the Company’s in-house or external development and marketing projects in addition to many other stimulating and innovative tasks that are assigned by your Mentor. During the programme, students will also be working closely with their lecturers or academic supervisors. You’d be permitted to attend classes when required thanks to a flexible work schedule. Our Studentship Programme attendees will be given plenty of opportunities to gain priceless exposure to real-life experiences that’ll teach you how to adapt to the challenging world of technology – all before you graduate. Students will also be working closely with their respective lecturers or academic supervisor) alongside the assigned Mentor. You’d still permitted to attend classes if required with a flexible work schedule as proposed by your Mentor, in addition to being provided with a monthly stipend throughout the duration of the FYP. Since we’ve introduced this programme, our participants have not only completed their FYP in full, they were also given the incredible opportunity to work alongside experienced mentors to explore interests outside of academia, while learning how to adapt to the changing working environment even before graduating or securing a permanent job.
