Symptom:
- Unable to run Java Applet.
- Unable to connect token into SecureTMS RA.
- Unable to Unblock token in SecureTMS RA Web Manager and Self-Service
Problem: User does not have Java Runtime Environment installed or not the most updated version installed.
Solution:
To verify the java version:
- Open any web browser (preferably Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer & Google Chrome).
- Go to http://www.java.com/verify/
- You will be able to see the Java Version stated clearly on the page.
